C1 LICENSE TRAINING COURSE

PJE Driver Training Courses Hereford | C1 License Training

If you are looking to drive a large van, large horse box, or become a delivery van driver then you may need C1 entitlement added to your driving licence. If you passed your car test after 1st January 1997 you will need to pass the test to drive any car or van exceeding 3.5 tonne. The C1 LGV licence entitles you to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonne.

To take this training, you need to:

Be fully licensed to drive a car
Be over 18 years old
Have passed a medical
Be in possession of a provisional C licence
Have passed both the Hazard Perception and Theory tests

PJE Driver Training can provide you with help, materials and assistance, helping you to pass your driver theory and hazard perception tests.

All of our courses are tailored to suit your needs, with the test being carried out on the last day of training. All of our tests are carried out in Hereford.

Training Days

This is a two day course. Which includes one full days training followed by the test on the second day, all carried out in our Hereford based DVSA customer vocational site.

Test Time

The test lasts approximately 75 minutes. The on-road driving part of the test is carried out to LGV standards; your training with DSA qualified instructors will cover on-road driving to ensure you are above the examiner’s expectations.
